Top Producer, Faulkner was a former research editor for the International Construction Reporter before joining Distinctive Homes Hawaii. That research experience has proven advantageous as she understands what to look for in a property for her clients to reap the most out of their investment.  Faulkner was born and raised on Oahu, this enables her to offer invaluable insight on local neighborhoods and Hawaii’s cultural paradise.

As top Lister, Andres brings over 25 years of national and international real estate experience to Distinctive Homes Hawaii. She holds real estate licenses in Hawaii and California and previously held licenses in New York and Hong Kong. Before joining Distinctive Homes Hawaii, Andres was with Valcore Real Estate. Her experience includes extensive work in the areas of finance, title, escrow and sales.
