Paul Brewbaker Forecasts Continued Hawaii Home Price Growth
The annual Mid-Year Real Estate Review with Paul Brewbaker was held yesterday at the Waialae Country Club in Honolulu Hawaii. The event was sponsored by Distinctive Homes Hawaii, Honolulu Home Loans and Old Republic Title & Escrow. Invitees included several real estate developers and the top real estate agents on Oahu. Mr Brewbaker stressed the fact that the Hawaii real estate market has continued the steady increase in values after bottoming out in 2009. The annual projected price growth for 2012, 2013 and 2014 is 10% with interest rates remaining low throughout the same period.
