Gary has honed his Real Estate expertise for over 35 years. Living those 35 years between Hawaii and Sun Valley, Idaho. He was Principle Broker and general manager of a top producing office for over half that period and received the coveted Centurion award for being a top producer. Having a Graduate Realtors Designation, (G.R.I.), and being thoroughly versed in #1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Gary is the consummate professional in all aspects of Real Estate sales all over Hawaii.

Due to Gary's solid reputation of service to both buyers and sellers he is uniquely qualified to represent the interest of the most astute clients. Gary's knowledge and marketing expertise help make him one of the most experienced Real Estate Brokers in Hawaii and Idaho. His extensive knowledge of prime properties on Oahu, Kailua-Kona and Sun Valley allows him to service the most discriminating buyers and sellers in the mid to high-end markets.

Gary has a passion for life including but not limited to surfing, skiing, staying fit and cooking. He has been surfing since the early 1960's growing up in Southern California at Manhattan Beach. He discovered skiing at Mammoth Lakes, California in the late 60's and has maintained that passion living between Sun Valley, Idaho, Kailua-Kona and Honolulu for the past 40 years. Working in the restaurant industry from 1965 through 1980 he opened and either managed, cooked, waited tables or bar tended for The Chart House Corporation at their Ala Wai and Sun Valley locations. He also opened and managed The Proud Peacock at Wiamea Falls Park, Honolulu and The cave Inn at Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Through all of this he has maintained his passion for fitness by exercising regularly and eating right.
