For many people, a real estate experience comes only once in their lifetime, making a decision that will affect them for the rest of their life.  I understand that each real estate transaction requires total understanding of my clients needs and creating a bond with them is crucial.  The decision you are faced to make will depend on my professional advice and sharing market information to enable you to achieve your real estate goal. 

Growing up in Hawaii for most of my life and being the eldest of 5 siblings, my being responsible and setting good examples were an expectation.  I always strived to be a good role model for my younger siblings, always looking out for their best interests.  Having developed strong people skills, coupled with a warm personality enables me to understand the nature of our State’s diversified cultures and be in tuned with the local business climate.  Hawaii has enjoyed unprecedented growth in the last several decades, opening up many new opportunities for business and industry.  Unfortunately, the prevailing economy in most recent times has created an awareness in all of us that we must build on opportunity while addressing economic challenges.

My working career spans more than 30 years, which encompassed being a Water Quality Specialist and special projects leader for the Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey; owning a Premiere Florist in Honolulu; and serving as the Production Manager for the largest snack food corporation in Hawaii.  I enjoy volunteering in the public service arena as well.  Being involved in the Hawaii Bone Marrow Donors Foundation, St. Francis Hospice Foundation and serving as a lecturer on plant culture at the Annual State Farm Fair and the Honolulu Board of Water Supply Xeriscape Garden, provides an opportunity for me to help others in the community.
