After 30 years of navigating the unique and dynamic Real Estate market in Hawaii, as both homeowner and investor, I now want to share my success and experience with others.  I know how important it is to locate and secure properties in a timely manner and at the best possible price.  I also know how to market and sell property efficiently and profitably.  Whether you are looking for a first home or dream home, looking for an investment, or selling an existing property: I want everyone I work with to know that I have their best interest at heart.  It is my goal to exceed each clients expectations and I am determined to work until each one is completely satisfied.

I completed the Real Estate course with Daggett School of Real Estate in 1981.  My former career with Pan American World Airways not only allowed me to travel, in my free time I began working in the time-share industry. Time Share sales taught me great communication and negotiating skills, it also gave me considerable insight to several dynamic real estate markets.       

I first came to Hawaii in 1980 to work for Pan American World Airways, and quickly realized that this paradise was the place that I wanted to call home.  After Pan Am, I worked with the Marriott Vacation Club International, at both the Maui Ocean Club, and the Ko'Olina Beach Club.  I managed the start-up of the Ko'Olina Beach Club Resort and remained with Marriott until last year.  My intention now, is to make a successful career with Distinctive Homes on my favorite island in the world, Oahu.

My wife Christine and I married at the Cocoa Palms Resort on Kauai in 1985.  I then transferred to London and later to Paris with Pan American.  We came back to the US and settled briefly in the San Francisco Bay area.  We looked forward to coming back to Hawaii at the first opportunity, which we did in 1999.  We have one daughter, Lisa a son-in-law Neil and three brilliant grandchildren, Emma, Jett and Kate; who also love Hawaii and visit often.

I attended Dover High School in Dover, New Jersey and Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.  I have earned my Real Estate license in three states, Hawaii, California and Florida.

We travel extensively, which allows us to indulge our interest in art, music, fine cuisine and architecture.  Most of all we enjoy living in Hawaii.  It not only inspires us but living in paradise gives us the opportunity to maintain a healthy lifestyle of year round outdoor physical activities and it is the best place on earth to practice my avocation, which is gardening.
