Steve De Mesa began his career in Commercial Real Estate with Grubb & Ellis. After 1 ½ years at the company, he moved to Coldwell Banker Commercial, and later Century 21, where he served as the the Director of Commercial Real Estate for 3 years.

From working with Commercial Real Estate clients, who typically owned Luxury Residential Properties, Steve began to Represent these owners in the Buying and Selling of their Residential Properties. During the course of his career, Steve has had the opportunity to represent some of Oahu's top Owners, Landlords, Buyers and Tenants in the Commercial Market Segments of Retail; Office; Industrial; Vacant Land and Investment Sales.  In addition, Steve has also handled Multi-Family, Hotel, Condo Conversion and Federal, State, and City and County Properties.
