Troy Matsumiya, RA

Born on the island of Maui, Troy has worked in the management sectors of Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Honolulu. He graduated at the top of his class with a B.S. in Aeronautics and a minor in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Currently working on his MBA at the University of Phoenix in downtown Honolulu, he plans to pursue a Doctorate in Business Administration. He obtained his RA license in 2008 and has been working closely with his wife, Chika Matsumiya, on all aspects of property management and real estate for local, military, and Japanese clientele.

Troy is a full-time avionics technician with the Hawaii Air National Guard C-17 Globemasters. He is well-versed with military homeowners and their VA benefits. He hopes to apply his knowledge and versatile skills to become a valuable member of the Distinctive Homes Hawaii team.
