Born and raised in Honolulu, Eric attended Maryknoll Grade, St. Louis High and the University of Hawaii-Manoa College of Buisness Administration. He is constantly kept abreast of the dynamic Hawai'i real estate market through continuing education and work experiences. Since being named the1993 Rookie of the Year at The Prudential Locations, Eric has achieved the highest client service ratings and superior sales performance over a span of 10 years in real estate management and representing home buyers and sellers. Over the last 10 years, Eric manages property for a non-profit, low income as well as military -government funded rental housing. Working with real estate and diverse population gives Eric the understanding to serve. His key to success is being always honest, sincere and caring for those that he works with. Helping a client reach their real estate goals is what his dedication is all about.

He's happily married to Elia and they have a daughter, Jenica who is in high school. His favorite pastimes include being a dad, enjoying the newest local cuisines and conditioning with weights.
